In this video Tonya Batts illustrates basic double chin elimination exercises. While she is a proponent of cardio exercising, we here at “Causes of Double Chin” are not advocating for or against cardio workouts. This is an issue that should be worked out between yourself and your doctor and/or your personal trainer. We are only interested in those exercises that impact your upper neck area and the area under your chin. In any event, the exercises shown in the video below are excellent for double chin reduction.
